Affordable Housing is a core need for families to attain a stable, positive home environment. The Heights Foundation works with area leaders in creating housing stability, growing affordable housing stock, and working to keep homeowners in their own homes.

Community Access Network is a DCF program, through which Heights Center advocacy staff serve as a liaison to connect community members with resources of the entire Access Network.
Social Services support helps build capacity in at-risk families and brings direct service and family-centered advocacy. The goal of social services support is to help families meet their unique family goals by remove barriers to success and providing supportive programs.
Creative Aging provides links to supportive services and engaging activities for our communities seniors.
Special Projects connect community resources, church groups, and teams of volunteers with families who are experiencing specific needs, usually as part of the social services support process. Individual and family counseling is available for children and adults to help address crisis situations, assist in the process of identifying life goals and provide support toward self-sufficiency,
