#GIVINGTUESDAY is a national movement to inspire others to collaborate and work toward improving their local communities and to give back in impactful ways to the charities and causes they support.
The Heights Foundation’s #GivingTuesday
is focused on our School Success Program
Staying in school is the most effective way to ensure a successful future.  We developed School Success to address the challenges that may result from poverty, limited English proficiency and limited educational involvement.
Last year The Heights Foundation and our partners provided:
* Summer Camp for 120 at-risk children
* More than 40,000 hours of enriching After School care
* More than 400 backpacks filled with supplies
* Literacy classes and early learning play groups helped children succeed in school
How can you participate in #GIVINGTUESDAY?
Give Resources – Donate!  Your gift ensures that the children in Harlem Heights can participate in our enriching and supportive after school and summer camp program and that they will return to school each fall with the tools necessary to succeed in school.  Click here to donate
Double your Donation – Match Your Gift!   Many companies offer matching gift programs to encourage employees to contribute to charitable organizations. Some provide matching funds to support employee volunteer hours. Most of these programs match contributions dollar for dollar, and some will even double or triple the amount of your gift!  Check with your employer to see if they will match your gift or contribute to support your volunteer hours.
Give Time – Volunteer!  There are many opportunities to support The Heights Foundation through volunteering either as a one-time project or at an event, or ongoing as a mentor to our children, as a homework helper, and more. Click here to request more information.
Thank you for your ongoing support of The Heights Foundation
